ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption and cultivate deep customer relationships. You'll be responsible for strategic account partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach and strong relationship-building skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success, ideally with 5+ years of experience in managing strategic accounts and driving product adoption. You excel at building trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the products and services offered. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively advocate for customer needs within the organization. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals. You understand the importance of retention and growth in customer relationships and are adept at developing strategic account plans that align with customer objectives. You are results-driven and take initiative to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as an extension of our strategic customers, proactively advocating for their needs within ZoomInfo. You will develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring that customers are not only satisfied but also engaged and growing with our products. You will conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their progress and identify opportunities for further engagement. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service enhancements. You will be responsible for driving overall customer satisfaction and retention, leveraging your expertise to foster deep relationships with some of the world’s most iconic companies. You will also participate in training and development initiatives to continuously improve your skills and knowledge in customer success strategies.
