What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to support Geotab's business objectives. You will work closely with various departments to gather requirements and implement solutions that improve efficiency and user satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include configuring Salesforce, managing user accounts, and providing training and support to users. You will also be tasked with creating and maintaining reports and dashboards that provide insights into business performance. As part of your role, you will stay informed about new Salesforce features and updates, ensuring that the organization leverages the platform effectively. You will collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
