Airtable is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive user activation and adoption of their no-code app platform. You'll design and run growth experiments to engage users and cultivate champions. This role requires experience in growth marketing and a passion for AI-driven solutions.
You have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment — you've successfully driven user engagement and adoption strategies that have resulted in measurable growth. You possess a strong understanding of user journeys and how to optimize them for maximum impact. Your analytical mindset allows you to design and run experiments that inform marketing strategies and improve user experiences. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. You have a knack for storytelling and can create compelling content that resonates with users, turning curiosity into confidence. You are passionate about leveraging AI to enhance user experiences and are excited about the potential of no-code platforms.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus — familiarity with Airtable or similar platforms will help you hit the ground running. A background in data analysis and performance marketing will enable you to make data-driven decisions that enhance campaign effectiveness.
In this role, you will own the Builder Journey, shaping the strategy for how users engage with Airtable. You will design inspiring webinars and scalable campaigns that educate and activate users, helping them adopt AI-powered workflows. You will partner closely with Lifecycle and Marketing Operations teams to develop evergreen and triggered campaigns that maximize user value. Your role will involve innovating with our tech stack to explore and implement new marketing strategies that resonate with our audience. You will analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously refine your approach, ensuring that our marketing efforts align with user needs and business goals. You will also be responsible for cultivating champions within our user base, turning initial curiosity into lasting engagement and ultimately generating sales-ready opportunities for our sales-led go-to-market motion.
