Are you experienced in translating complex concepts into clear, concise, and actionable communications to support Amazon sellers? Do you enjoy creating and executing impactful communication plans? If you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality content in fast-paced environments and experience with large-scale CRM and marketing automation platforms, this role may be for you.

We are seeking a Content Manager to join Amazon’s EU Selling Partner Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing content and executing marketing strategies, while maintaining a high standard for targeting, key messaging, and impact. You will focus on core KPIs to guide your actions and iterations.

You will also seek opportunities to automate and scale marketing workflows where appropriate, while staying closely connected to the Selling Partner Experience. By leveraging tools and solutions, you will continuously raise the bar for how Selling Partners receive, perceive, and act on outreach messaging. Additionally, you will identify and address blockers that hinder Selling Partners’ ability to take action, engaging with program owners to remove friction points and drive greater engagement with call-to-action messaging.


Key job responsibilities
- Create formal documentation, processes, and procedures, including A/B testing strategies.
- Develop plans for continuous improvement and optimization of communication campaigns.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics of site content to inform enhancement strategies.
- Consistently raise the bar on communication quality and enhance the seller experience.
- Be self-motivated, eager to learn new topics, and proactive in seeking ways to improve communication strategies.
- We operate in a fast-paced environment that requires strong business acumen, high prioritization skills, and flexibility to adapt to new information or changes in planning.


About the team
The EU Selling Partner Support team assists EU marketplace sellers in complying with EU regulations. We measure the success of the role by providing clear and straightforward content that educates and generates responses about compliance requirements through scalable channels.

Given the complex and dynamic nature of the EU legislative landscape, we ensure efficient and effective communication with our sellers. We use data to make informed decisions about our channels, content quality, timing, and frequency.- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Master's degree
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
