Desirable

Experience with data analysis tools or methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with the trading industry. You are comfortable working in fast-paced settings and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and detail.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Technology organization, ensuring that teams are aligned with CTC’s business objectives. You will assist in project planning, coordination, and execution, preparing timelines and tracking dependencies to communicate progress effectively. Your role will involve maintaining documentation and facilitating communication across teams to optimize processes and enhance collaboration.

You will work closely with the Technology COO and other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your contributions will help shape the strategic direction of the technology organization, ensuring that it meets the needs of the business and its clients.
