While prior security experience is not required, familiarity with compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 would be beneficial. You are comfortable working remotely and are based in the CST or EST timezones, allowing you to align with the team's operational hours effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior Executive Business Partner at Vanta, you will partner closely with senior executives, providing excellent administrative and operational support. Your role will enable them to focus on their most impactful work, allowing you to play a critical part in the organization's success. You will adapt quickly to each leader's working style and pace, ensuring that their needs are met seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication between executives and their teams.

You will also support select projects aimed at improving operational effectiveness within the CISO and CFO organizations. This may involve collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Your proactive approach will help identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive efficiency.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be part of a centralized Executive Business Partner team, where you will share best practices and collaborate closely with your peers. This team dynamic fosters a supportive environment where you can learn from one another and continuously improve the quality of support provided to the executive team.
