What you'll do

As a Talent Partner at Fresha, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's ambitious global growth, particularly in scaling teams in North America. You will report to the Global Head of Talent and work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to promote Fresha's employer brand and attract potential candidates. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong pipeline of talent and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and contribute to the overall talent strategy of the organization.
