Who you are

You have a strong background in sterile operations and compounding, with a focus on compliance with USP 797 and 800 standards. Your experience includes overseeing cleanroom environments and ensuring that all procedures are followed meticulously. You are a subject matter expert in sterile compounding, capable of providing training and guidance to personnel. You understand the importance of aseptic techniques and are committed to maintaining high standards of safety and effectiveness in sterile preparations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of sterile compounding in your designated Modular Cleanroom Shift. You will ensure strict compliance with relevant USP chapters and state and federal laws. Your duties will include maintaining and enforcing proper aseptic techniques and cleanroom standards. You will also provide training and supervision to compounding personnel, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their tasks accurately and safely. Additionally, you may serve as one of the Designated Persons for USP 797 and USP 800 when assigned by your leadership, further emphasizing your role as a key player in maintaining compliance and safety in operations.
