Coupang is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Benefit Design to lead loyalty and rewards planning and operations. You'll develop customized benefit strategies and optimize reward programs using data analysis tools like SQL and BigQuery.
You have over 8 years of experience in product management, specifically in loyalty and rewards programs. Your background includes designing and implementing customer loyalty strategies within fintech or e-commerce environments. You possess strong analytical skills, utilizing tools such as SQL and BigQuery to derive insights that inform policy planning and execution. Your experience includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful program execution and optimization. You are adept at monitoring key performance indicators and generating reports that drive continuous improvement. You have a proven track record of managing budgets and conducting profitability simulations to enhance reward offerings. Your communication skills enable you to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on campaign execution. You are focused on problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive innovation.
Experience launching partnerships with payment services or financial institutions is a plus. Familiarity with membership and point-based reward systems will set you apart.
