Desirable

Experience in the food or consumer goods industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks. A background in data analytics or a related field can enhance your ability to make informed decisions based on user insights and market trends.

What you'll do

As the Associate Director of Product Management for Ready-to-Eat, you will be responsible for defining the long-term product vision and strategy for your domain. You will lead a talented team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Your role will involve collaborating with executive leadership and functional partners, including Engineering, Design, and Operations, to secure alignment on product strategies and priorities. You will be hands-on in solving problems and ensuring that the product roadmap aligns with the overarching mission of HelloFresh. You will consistently track KPIs and metrics to assess product performance and drive improvements. Your leadership will be pivotal in developing scalable and sustainable solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

What we offer

HelloFresh offers a competitive salary range of $210,000—$250,000 in New York and $200,000—$240,000 in Colorado.
