As an Engineering Manager in the Incentive Commission Plans (ICM) Pillar, you will lead the Payee team. This distributed team ensures that our customers' incentive compensated staff receive timely and accurate insights into their pay and opportunities for earnings in a modern interface targeting their unique needs. You will partner with the local Engineering Director to shape the culture and scale the organization in Europe.
