Upside is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead enterprise accounts in the restaurant vertical. You'll enhance retailer relationships and support business growth through insightful reporting and exceptional service. This role requires strong coordination with internal teams and a focus on account retention.
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the restaurant or retail sectors. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients is paramount, and you thrive on providing exceptional service that drives client satisfaction and retention. You are skilled at using data to inform your strategies and decisions, ensuring that your clients receive maximum value from their partnerships. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for account expansion and are adept at addressing client concerns before they escalate. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including analytics, product, marketing, and operations, to deliver comprehensive solutions to your clients.
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with technology-driven solutions in commerce. A background in analytics or data-driven decision-making will help you excel in this role, as will any experience with onboarding processes and long-term account management strategies.
