Airwallex is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee compliance strategies and ensure adherence to regulations in Canada. This role requires strong expertise in compliance management and a proactive approach to risk assessment.
You have a strong background in regulatory compliance, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a financial services or technology environment. You understand the complexities of compliance frameworks and have a proven track record of implementing effective compliance programs. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey compliance requirements clearly. You are motivated by the mission of ensuring that the organization operates within legal and regulatory boundaries while supporting business objectives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities.
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures tailored to the Canadian market.
