What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving outcomes for large, strategic programs that transform Waymo’s driving data into actionable insights. You will structure plans and drive execution across cross-functional teams to develop new evaluation tools that enhance the performance of the Waymo Driver. Your role will involve coordinating with various functions within Waymo, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards. You will also be tasked with identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
