What you'll do

In this role, you will own the product vision and strategy for Twilio's Programmable Voice offerings. You will collaborate with engineering teams to develop SDKs that empower developers to integrate calling capabilities into their applications seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand customer needs, defining success metrics, and prioritizing features based on user feedback and market analysis. You will lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining the product roadmap, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision. Regularly engaging with customers and partners will be essential to gather insights and iterate on the product based on real-world usage.
