What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a diverse team that may include Project Managers and Implementation Consultants, guiding them through the complexities of project execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered successfully, which includes managing timelines, budgets, and customer expectations. Your leadership will be crucial in developing your team's skills and capabilities, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. You will also oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each aligns with the broader goals of OpenGov and delivers maximum ROI for our clients.

You will work closely with the Director of Professional Services and other senior leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for process optimization, implementing best practices, and driving initiatives that enhance project delivery and customer satisfaction.
