Agicap is seeking a Care & Integration Engineer Ops to enhance customer success and streamline operations. You'll work with tools like Excel, Intercom, and Zendesk to support mid-market companies in managing their cash flow. This role requires adaptability and excellent communication skills.
You have a strong background in customer success and operations, ideally with experience in a fast-scaling environment. Your adaptability allows you to thrive in changing situations, and you possess a 'doer' mindset that drives you to execute tasks efficiently. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with various teams and stakeholders. Fluency in English is required to maintain global standardization across the organization. You are comfortable using tools like Excel for data analysis and reporting, and you have experience with customer support platforms such as Intercom and Zendesk.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success by providing support and guidance to our clients. You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing training on our platform. You will also analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive customer engagement and retention. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to your success, as you will need to communicate effectively with engineering and product teams to relay customer needs and feedback. You will play a crucial role in building our Lisbon hub, contributing to the growth and success of Agicap in the region.
