About the role:

As Executive Assistant to the Founders and team of Sentient, you will serve as a critical strategic partner supporting leaders building the future of decentralized AGI. In this highly dynamic and fast-paced role, you will help bring clarity to complexity, ensure the founders’ time is aligned with Sentient’s highest priorities, and act as a trusted liaison across teams, investors, and external collaborators. Beyond direct support to the founders, you will also provide operational support to the broader Sentient team, ensuring smooth coordination and execution across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize highly complex calendars across multiple time zones, balancing internal priorities, investor relations, and external ecosystem engagements.

• Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications, triaging and following up to drive timely decision-making.

• Coordinate global travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa requirements.

• Ensure seamless execution of conferences, summits, and public speaking engagements, working closely with PR, marketing, and events teams.

• Partner with the founders to align on priorities, investor meetings, and strategic cross-functional initiatives.

• Provide additional operational and administrative support to the broader Sentient team, helping ensure projects and deliverables run smoothly.

• Synchronize schedules and coordinate with executive assistants and other support staff to ensure holistic planning and execution.

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience directly supporting a C-level executive or founder, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.

• 1+ years of experience in Web3, crypto, or AI, with working knowledge of blockchain technology and ecosystems.

• Proven ability to operate autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and handle highly confidential information with discretion.

• Exceptional organizational skills, prioritization, and attention to detail in high-pressure settings.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency with productivity tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting a founder or CEO in a tech or early-stage company.

• Familiarity with investor relations, fundraising processes, and high-level stakeholder management.

• High EQ and interpersonal fluency across diverse, global teams.

• Adept at anticipating needs, solving problems, and staying two steps ahead in fluid, fast-moving environments.
