What you'll do

As an Apple Channel Store Advisor, you will represent Apple within a partner store, showcasing your in-depth knowledge of Apple products to customers. You will work closely with the partner's staff to build strong relationships and drive product knowledge and brand awareness. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations and providing excellent customer service to create new owners of Apple products. You will proactively seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and ensure that all merchandising standards are upheld. Your influence will help grow Apple's business within the multi-branded store, and you will play a key role in supporting sales and operations.
