Overview

Uber is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager to lead audience and technical solutions for their advertising team. You'll work with data collaboration tools and audience insights to drive client strategies. This role requires 5+ years of experience in the advertising industry.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in the advertising industry, ideally at an ad platform, media agency, or data platform. Your background includes at least 3 years in an analytical client-facing role, where you've developed a strong understanding of audience insights and data collaboration. You are passionate about leveraging data to inform strategies and drive results for clients.

You excel in technical solutions and data collaboration, becoming an expert in various first-party and third-party technical data solutions. Your experience includes working with data visualization tools, data clean rooms, and customer data platforms (CDPs). You have a knack for building advanced data segmentation strategies that enhance client engagement and effectiveness.

Your analytical skills allow you to conduct in-depth audience analysis, identifying opportunities that inform client strategies ahead of meetings. You are adept at translating complex data insights into clear, actionable storytelling and visualizations that resonate with sales teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Collaboration is at the heart of what you do. You work closely with sales, clients, product, and measurement teams to develop solutions that drive revenue and customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively across teams ensures that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement customized targeting solutions that are coupled with appropriate measurement frameworks to evaluate audience effectiveness and return on investment for strategic clients. You will contribute to the development of playbooks and case studies that highlight success stories, showcasing the impact of your work.
