Overview

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead the hiring for Product Managers and Technical Program Managers. You'll partner with senior stakeholders and manage complex recruitment processes. This role requires strong experience in technical recruiting.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in technical recruiting, particularly in hiring for Product Managers and Technical Program Managers. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the nuances of the tech industry and can effectively partner with senior leaders to meet hiring needs. Your ability to manage complex, high-bar hiring processes makes you a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding them through role scoping and market dynamics.

You thrive in an autonomous environment, taking ownership of the full-cycle recruiting process. Your experience allows you to navigate senior stakeholder relationships with ease, ensuring alignment on hiring priorities and strategies. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of internal equity and market alignment in compensation discussions.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and cloud infrastructure. You are comfortable using data to inform your recruiting strategies and can adapt to changing business needs quickly. Your collaborative spirit and strong communication skills enable you to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for Product Managers and Technical Program Managers, including senior and principal-level roles. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on role scoping, leveling, and market dynamics. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing targeted recruiting strategies that align with business priorities.

You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Executive stakeholders to deeply understand their hiring needs. This involves managing an active requisition load and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. You will also play a critical role in enabling the recruiting team to scale, allowing leadership to focus on strategy and planning.

Your role will require you to stay updated on market trends and dynamics, ensuring that Crusoe remains competitive in attracting top talent. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that candidates feel valued and informed.
