Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service. Your passion for customer satisfaction drives you to deliver happiness, whether it's through vehicle delivery or community involvement. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years old, ensuring you meet the requirements for this role. You are capable of reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English, which is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.

Desirable

While not mandatory, any experience in the automotive industry or delivery services would be a plus, as it can enhance your understanding of the role and the expectations of our customers. A friendly demeanor and a positive attitude are highly valued, as you will be the face of Carvana during deliveries.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles directly to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will engage with customers upon delivery, answering any questions they may have and providing them with information about their new vehicle. Your role will also involve maintaining a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring it is ready for each delivery. You will work a shift from 11 am to 9 pm, with a rotating schedule that includes weekends and weekdays.

In addition to deliveries, you will have the opportunity to participate in local community events, helping to promote Carvana's mission of reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. Your involvement in these events will help strengthen our community ties and enhance the Carvana brand.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $19/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year, with the potential to earn up to $21/hr.
