What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the Order to Cash (OTC) team, ensuring that all commercial transactions are managed efficiently from order intake through to billing and collections. You will design and operate the end-to-end order management function, ensuring that all contract, provisioning, and pricing data is accurately processed. You will partner closely with Revenue Systems, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to shape the operational strategy that supports OpenAI's mission. Your hands-on leadership will be critical in scaling the OTC function to meet the demands of a growing organization. You will establish systems and controls that ensure compliance and operational excellence, and you will be responsible for building workflows that enhance efficiency and accuracy in billing operations.
