Agoda is seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Talent Acquisition team based in Bangkok. You'll lead initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and support the growth of the People Team. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in talent acquisition.

You have extensive experience in project management, particularly within the realm of talent acquisition. Your background includes leading teams and managing complex projects that drive recruitment success. You are adept at fostering collaboration across departments and ensuring that project goals align with organizational objectives. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee various projects aimed at enhancing Agoda's talent acquisition strategies.
