SoFi is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive member growth initiatives through data analysis and experimentation. You'll work with SQL, Python, and R to establish measurement frameworks and optimize acquisition strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in data science.
You have 5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on driving growth through data analysis and experimentation. Your expertise in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, while your proficiency in Python and R enables you to build predictive models and conduct complex analyses. You are skilled in creating visualizations using Tableau, helping to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. You understand the importance of defining success metrics and have experience in establishing measurement frameworks that support business objectives. Your analytical mindset allows you to conduct customer segmentation and price elasticity analyses, optimizing member acquisition strategies with data-driven insights. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with machine learning techniques and tools. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering results.
