Job Description
Who you are
You are a Marriage and Family Therapist with at least 4 years of professional experience in your field. You have a strong understanding of relationship issues and the ability to create personalized treatment plans. Your expertise will help evaluate AI models and provide structured feedback to improve their understanding of workplace tasks and language. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time flexibly, averaging 5-20 hours per week. You are open to learning new skills and contributing to the development of AI in your field. You understand the importance of constructive problem-solving skills and can facilitate discussions that lead to effective solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will participate in an AI research project by evaluating the outputs of AI models related to your expertise. You will develop prompts that reflect your professional experience and assess the responses generated by the AI. Your feedback will be crucial in strengthening the model's understanding of the nuances in your field. The work is asynchronous, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the United States. You will have the opportunity to engage with various projects as they become available, ensuring that your involvement can fit your schedule.
