Overview
Wizeline is seeking a Lead UX Designer to build innovative digital products and platforms. You'll leverage your expertise in UX design and collaborate with international teams. This role requires 6+ years of experience in UX design.

Who you are
You have over 6 years of experience building digital software or applications in a UX designer role β your background includes a strong foundation in UX design principles, supported by relevant education or certifications. You possess deep technical expertise in UX design tools and methodologies, allowing you to create user-centered designs that enhance user experiences. Your strong English communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with international teams and clients, whether in person, on paper, or over video.
You are adept at working with pre-existing design patterns and assets for new features, while also having the creativity to define new patterns and designs for cutting-edge problems. Your initiative drives you to get things done and push projects forward to completion, even in fast-paced environments. You maintain a positive attitude and are comfortable juggling multiple products and project teams simultaneously. You are a quick learner who is not afraid to ask questions β you embody the motto βmeasure twice, cut once.β
What you'll do
As the Lead UX Designer at Wizeline, you will be responsible for leading the design of innovative digital products and platforms that leverage AI and data. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure that user experience is at the forefront of product development. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback.
You will also mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the design team. Your expertise will help shape the design strategy and ensure that all products meet high standards of usability and accessibility. You will be involved in defining and maintaining design systems that promote consistency across products.
In addition, you will participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, helping to elevate the overall quality of design work within the organization.
