You are proactive and solutions-driven, always looking for ways to improve the hiring experience.

Your expertise in managing the end-to-end recruitment process makes you a valuable partner for hiring managers, as you provide insights and guidance throughout the hiring journey.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the full cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers will be key to your success in this position.

You will also be responsible for creating a positive candidate experience, ensuring that all candidates feel valued and informed throughout the recruitment process. This includes providing timely feedback and maintaining open lines of communication. You will leverage your knowledge of the tech industry to identify top talent and attract them to Five9.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to the development of best practices and processes that enhance the overall recruitment strategy. You will stay updated on industry trends and utilize innovative sourcing techniques to find the best candidates for the organization.
