Overview

Braze is seeking a Sales Director to lead a team of Scale Account Executives for their Customer Journey Orchestration platform. This role requires a passion for effective brand communication and team development in a high-growth environment.

Who you are

You have at least 3 years of successful experience leading and developing a team of Midmarket / Scale sellers in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment. You are driven to solve exhilarating challenges and have a bias toward action in the face of change. You understand the importance of setting high standards and championing teamwork, and you are prepared to set a high bar for yourself and those around you. Your deep curiosity to learn and eagerness to share diverse passions with others gives you balance and injects a one-of-a-kind vibrancy into your work culture. You are approachable, kind, and passionate about helping brands communicate more effectively with their customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a team of Scale Account Executives, guiding them to expand Braze’s highly successful customer base. You will be responsible for driving sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. You will work closely with your team to ensure they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will also collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer journey and improve overall customer satisfaction.
