Carvana is seeking an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician to join their team in Tolleson, AZ. You'll be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage and using state-of-the-art tools. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel/rim repair.
You have at least 1 year of professional experience in wheel and rim repair, demonstrating your ability to handle deep wheel damage effectively. Your hands-on skills with a wheel repair machine and knowledge of painting and clear-coating wheels are essential for this role. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the business's needs, including working mandatory overtime when required. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
While not required, any additional certifications in automotive repair or related fields would be a plus. Familiarity with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques will help you excel in this position. A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow within the company are highly valued.
As an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing wheels with deep damage, ensuring that each repair meets the high standards of quality that Carvana is known for.
