You have a solid background in human resources, ideally with experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role. You understand the importance of fostering a positive employee experience and have a detailed grasp of HR programs, processes, and tools. You are skilled at providing credible and clear HR advice to managers, helping them navigate complex HR queries and issues. Your ability to coach and develop HR colleagues and stakeholders is a key strength, and you are comfortable engaging with work councils and unions to drive positive employee relations.
You are data-driven and can analyze internal dashboards to create insightful reports on key metrics for leadership. Your experience includes owning and delivering projects that align with business goals, and you thrive in environments where you can coordinate with various stakeholders to implement effective policies and programs. You are proactive in resolving high-level employee issues, including grievances and complex disciplinary matters, ensuring that all employees feel supported and valued.
Experience in a fast-paced environment like Amazon is a plus, as is familiarity with labor laws and employee relations best practices.
