Xometry is seeking an Account Executive II to manage and convert inbound leads into loyal customers. You'll build relationships and guide clients through the sales process. This role requires strong sales skills and a desire to grow within the organization.
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in managing inbound leads and converting them into loyal customers. Your ability to build relationships is key, as you will be projecting the company's values of trust, service, and honesty. You are strategic in identifying long-term clients and securing repeatable orders, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
You are results-driven and have experience in developing business with existing and new inbound customers. Your skills in creating and managing plans to achieve specific sales objectives will be essential in this role. You understand the importance of profitable growth and market share improvement, and you are committed to delivering exceptional service to your clients.
You possess a strong understanding of rapid manufacturing technologies and can assist customers in selecting the best options for their development projects. Your role will involve being the primary contact for all new projects related to prototyping and low-volume production, ensuring that customer requirements are effectively communicated to internal departments.
As an Account Executive II at Xometry, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into loyal customers. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to deal closure. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with clients, identifying strategic long-term clients, and ultimately securing substantial and repeatable orders.
You will develop business with existing and new inbound customers, creating and actively managing plans to reach specific sales objectives. Your role will require you to assist customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for their development projects, ensuring that their needs are met effectively.
You will be the contact person for all new projects related to prototyping and low-volume production, providing guidance to our sales engineering team to develop quotes based on specific customer needs. Your ability to collect and communicate new customer requirements will be crucial in ensuring that internal departments are aligned and able to meet client expectations.
