SolarWinds is hiring an ITSM ISR to drive lead generation and sales of ITSM Service Desk and Help Desk solutions. In this role, you will execute activities for prospecting, lead generation, and selling ITSM Service Desk and Help Desk solutions to new customers while also cross-selling into the existing SolarWinds customer base. You will engage directly with IT decision makers from various organizations and locations, using a consultative approach to make warm calls and manage inbound sales leads. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical and non-technical online product demonstrations in partnership with sales engineering, ensuring that you identify the best platform fit for each customer. You will be instrumental in helping customers understand the value of SolarWinds solutions and how they can accelerate their business transformation.
