Box is hiring a Partner Solutions Engineer to expand their reach through the partner ecosystem. You'll work directly with channel partners to design solutions and build technical capability. This role requires strong technical depth and solutioning expertise.
You have a strong technical background and experience working with partners to design and implement solutions that meet their needs. You understand the importance of collaboration and can effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are passionate about helping partners succeed and are driven to expand the capabilities of the partner ecosystem. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes. You are adaptable and can quickly learn new technologies and tools as needed.
In this role, you will work closely with channel partners to understand their business needs and design tailored solutions that leverage Box's platform. You will evangelize the Box platform, showcasing its capabilities and benefits to partners. You will provide technical support and guidance to partners, helping them build their technical capabilities and ensuring they can effectively utilize the Box platform. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that partner feedback is incorporated into product development and enhancements. You will also participate in training sessions and workshops to educate partners on best practices and new features. Your role will be critical in driving the success of the partner ecosystem and expanding Box's reach in the market.
Box offers a competitive salary range of $151,000—$188,500 USD, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
