DoorDash is hiring a DashMart Team Member to manage inventory and fulfill customer orders in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

As a DashMart Team Member, you will be responsible for accurately receiving and managing inventory, ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, following all HACCP and food-handling processes to ensure proper product rotation. You will use technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. Your role will also involve communicating clearly and pleasantly with customers through the app when substitution approvals are needed. Additionally, you will maintain a safe working environment by performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards, completing all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management.
