You have a strong background in customer operations and technical integration, ideally with experience in contact center technologies. You understand how to leverage AI and human intelligence to optimize customer interactions and improve operational efficiency. Your expertise includes working with platforms such as AWS Connect, Genesys, and Five9, allowing you to design and implement effective solutions for enterprise clients. You are a problem solver who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
Desirable
Experience with AI-driven solutions and a passion for enhancing customer experiences will set you apart. Familiarity with coaching methodologies and real-time analytics is a plus, as is a background in software development or systems architecture.
What you'll do
As a Customer Engineer at Cresta, you will serve as the technical authority on how our platform integrates with various contact center solutions.
