We are setting big goals for AB international expansion, launching in multiple new marketplaces annually for the foreseeable future, together we will make a huge business impact. The AB team is seeking individuals who learn quickly, think strategically, are resilient, innovate, and can leverage technology to simplify complex problems. The team is geographically distributed, with primary locations in the United States and Spain.

Key job responsibilities
Amazon Business International eXpansion team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Tech, to lead multiple product workstreams and deliver features for our all customer segments (SSR and CPS) for new AB countries. You will be responsible to disambiguate complex product-tech areas for different countries and work closely with the engineering team to kick-start B2B operations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Roadmap and Requirements: Establish detailed business and product requirements. Prioritize features and use-cases, set milestones, and oversee the strategic plan for product development.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Secure internal and external support for the product vision, coordinating with various teams and key partners to ensure buy-in.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate directly with software development teams and other departments to address customer and business challenges. Lead the launch of new product features.
- Strategic Prioritization - Adapt to evolving business needs to develop strategic prioritizations, in close partnership with business team.

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
