AllTrails is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to engage directly with customers and address their issues efficiently. This remote position requires strong collaboration with various teams to enhance customer experiences.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a dedicated Customer Support Specialist who enjoys engaging with customers and understanding their pain points. You have a knack for problem-solving and are committed to ensuring that issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Your ability to collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Data Operations teams will be essential in this role. You thrive in a remote work environment and are flexible with your schedule, working from Tuesday through Saturday.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their challenges and ensuring they have a positive experience with AllTrails. You will actively listen to customer feedback and work to identify the root causes of their issues, collaborating with various teams to implement effective solutions. Your role will involve documenting customer interactions and providing insights to improve our services. You will also participate in team meetings to discuss customer trends and suggest improvements based on your interactions.
