You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the Food & Beverage sector, and possess the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Your experience includes managing large accounts and understanding the unique challenges faced by sellers in this industry. You are adept at identifying opportunities for growth and have a strategic mindset that allows you to align client needs with company offerings. You thrive in a customer-facing role and are skilled at communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. You are results-driven and have a passion for helping businesses succeed through innovative solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with some of Square's largest sellers in the Food & Beverage vertical. You will establish, retain, and grow these valuable partnerships, ensuring that clients receive the support and resources they need to thrive. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet the unique needs of your clients. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, and you will leverage your industry knowledge to provide tailored recommendations. You will also track account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Square's products and services.
