You will work closely with customers to uncover their developer hiring and training needs, shaping tailored solutions that align with their goals. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you engage with engineers, recruiters, and business leaders onsite. You will utilize AI tools and new technologies to deliver solutions faster, improving how HackerRank supports its customers. Collaboration is key, and you will partner with product and engineering teams to ensure the full impact of HackerRank’s developer skills platform is realized in every customer interaction. Your role will also involve continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
