You are an engaging and motivated Trainer with a passion for developing people and delivering impactful learning experiences. You have strong facilitation skills and adaptability, allowing you to effectively support new hire training and continued education across various lines of business. You thrive in collaborative environments and understand the importance of learner engagement and knowledge retention in training programs. You are committed to shaping the first impression and long-term success of your teammates through structured onboarding and performance-focused learning experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will facilitate new hire training sessions, ensuring that all participants feel confident in the solutions they provide to customers. You will support continued education initiatives, working closely with Senior Trainers and cross-functional partners to enhance the training experience. Your focus will be on maintaining high-quality training standards and fostering an environment where support agents can excel. You will report to the Training Operations Supervisor and be responsible for delivering training that aligns with the company's goals and values. You will also engage in On-the-Job Training (OJT) sessions, providing immediate support and real-time engagement with your teams. Your role will require you to balance in-office attendance during OJT with designated periods for remote work, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
