Must Have -
1. Minimum 6 Years of relevant experience as SQL DBA. Maximum 12 Years.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Minimum 2 years average time spent in previous organizations.
4. Flexible to work 24*7 along with rotational weekend. Must have worked in 24*7 in last two years.
5.Must have experience on working with international customers.
Education:
1.B. Tech., BCA. MCA preferred else any stream bachelor’s degree is must.
2. Minimum 15 year of regular education.
Skill Sets:
•Understanding of multi-Geo support environment.
•Should have sound knowledge on database management, Installation, Configuration, capacity planning, resolving critical database monitoring incidents.
•Should have sound knowledge on Backup and database recovery process.
•Should have sound knowledge on Failover Cluster, Availability Group and Replication (Any of two is minimum requirement).
•Should have sound knowledge in planning and execution of Patching, upgradation, and Migration of SQL Server instances.
•Should have good experience in SQL Server Best practice, performance optimization and tuning.
•Azure/Aws or any other cloud technologies knowledge is preferred.
•T-SQL or PowerShell scripting knowledge is preferred.
•Should have sound knowledge on ITIL process.
