You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the healthcare or benefits industry, with at least 5 years of experience driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and employer groups is key to your success. You are results-oriented, with a history of exceeding sales quotas and driving market share growth. Experience with Level-Funded and ICHRA products is a plus, as is familiarity with the Southeast US market.
