You have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in managing monorepos and optimizing deployment processes for engineering teams. You are familiar with Go and understand how to integrate it into existing workflows. Desirable

Experience with cloud infrastructure and multi-region deployments is a plus. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices will help you excel in this role. What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the monorepo used by over 50 engineers, ensuring that the path to production is efficient and reliable. You will work closely with engineering teams to understand their needs and challenges, providing them with the tools and processes necessary to enhance their productivity. You will implement best practices for code management and deployment, enabling teams to push over 75 commits a day with confidence. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of the deployment pipeline and making improvements as needed. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and iterate on existing tools, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization. You will participate in system design discussions, helping to architect solutions that align with both product and technical requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to the documentation of processes and tools, ensuring that knowledge is shared across the team.
