Overview

project44 is seeking a Customer Success Manager who speaks Italian to partner with customers and ensure they achieve maximum value from the product. This role involves developing strategies, summarizing product feedback, and serving as the main point of contact for customers.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success, ideally with experience in the technology or logistics sectors. You are fluent in Italian and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams alike. You understand the importance of customer feedback and are adept at advocating for customer needs within the organization. You are proactive in monitoring customer health and identifying risks, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from the product. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements.

Desirable

Experience in supply chain management or logistics technology is a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered platforms and data analytics will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable using CRM tools and have a knack for data-driven decision-making. A background in project management or operations can also be beneficial as you navigate customer needs and product capabilities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with customers to develop strategies that ensure they are utilizing the product to its fullest potential. You will summarize product feedback gathered from customer meetings and act as an advocate for their needs with internal development and product teams.
