Job Description

Amazon.com is looking for a creative and customer-obsessed Training PM with the experience in 1:1 training and video creation experience to join our team. If you love training masses, creating engaging videos and eager to develop high-quality and impactful training solutions in support of global program initiatives, this job is for you! This role requires an individual who can learn fast, innovate, move quickly, and not be constrained by how things have been done before.
We are seeking a self-motivated expert with a keen eye for detail and a creative mind who will be responsible for creating, delivering and continuously improving learning programs using an array of creative approaches as well as developing a video library of training materials for the global audience.

Key job responsibilities
As a Training PM, you will own training strategy end to end (60% in delivering training and 40% in creating engaging training contents)
Delivering Trainings
• Develop and manage the training delivery strategy and plan to meet organizational objectives
• Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions for internal and/or external stakeholders
• Ensure training materials and content are ready and available for each training session
• Assess training effectiveness and gather participant feedback to continuously improve the training program
• Track and report on key training metrics such as attendance, completion rates, and participant satisfaction
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and Ops excellence PM to ensure training content is up-to-date and aligned with business needs
• Manage the training logistics including scheduling trainings, distributing training materials, etc.
• Maintain a training calendar and communicate upcoming training opportunities to stakeholders


A day in the life
Creating Engaging Content

• Maintain a repository of training materials: new content uploading, existing content updating, curricula creation, and report generation.
• Develop engaging scripts and storyboards for the training videos.
• Shoot, edit raw video, convert images to animated videos, and create the final video content.
• Incorporate various multimedia elements like graphics, animations, titles, audio, and other supporting materials into the videos to enhance the learning experience.
• Propose content experiments and internal workflow improvements to improve efficiency and quality.
• Review and test training videos/materials to ensure they meet the specified quality standards and learning outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Retail Management, or Operations Management.
2. 1-2 Years’ Experience in Operations Management
3. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, customer service, or auditing roles.
4. Professional certification in auditing, quality management, or a related field (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Retail Operations Professional (CROP)).
5. Experience conducting audits or assessments in a retail environment.
6. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
7. 1-2 Years’ Experience with Lean Six Sigma
8. Strong understanding of retail counter operations, customer experience principles, and quality assurance practices.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
11. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools.
12. Willingness to travel frequently to different retail locations.1. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Ability to write SQL queries
5. Certifications and experience in project management.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $52,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $112,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
