Algolia is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead their global Customer Success organization. You'll be responsible for strategy, operations, and customer outcomes while collaborating with various teams. This role requires extensive experience in customer success leadership.
You are a visionary leader with a strong background in customer success, having spent several years in leadership roles where you have shaped customer engagement strategies and driven operational excellence. You possess a deep understanding of customer needs and are committed to delivering exceptional value to clients. Your experience includes overseeing global teams and ensuring alignment across various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
You have a proven track record of developing scalable customer success programs that foster long-term relationships with clients. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring that customer health and success metrics are consistently met. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at building cross-functional relationships that drive results.
Experience in a technology-driven environment, particularly in AI or SaaS, is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and customer analytics tools will enhance your ability to lead effectively. You are passionate about mentoring and developing your team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
In this role, you will lead Algolia's global Customer Success organization, setting the vision and strategy for customer engagement. You will oversee customer success managers across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring they are equipped to deliver outstanding service and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include driving cross-functional alignment with Sales, Services, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
You will be accountable for global retention and expansion efforts, focusing on customer health and satisfaction. This includes developing and implementing world-class customer success programs that scale with the business. As an executive sponsor for some of Algolia's largest and most strategic customers, you will play a key role in fostering relationships that drive long-term success.
Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping how Algolia delivers value to customers around the world. You will analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve our offerings and ensure that we meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will also represent the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring that our products and services align with their expectations.
