66degrees is hiring a Conversational Engineer to lead the development of engaging virtual agents. You'll focus on user experience and collaborate with clients to capture business requirements. This role requires strong technical communication skills.
You are a Conversational Engineer with a passion for user experience and a knack for building complex virtual agents. You thrive in collaborative environments and can effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to lead discovery workshops allows you to capture business requirements and prioritize them effectively. You have a strong understanding of conversational design principles and are eager to create engaging and efficient virtual agents that enhance user interactions.
Experience with AI technologies and frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with prototyping tools that help visualize conversational flows. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies that can enhance your work and the solutions you provide to clients.
In this role, you will lead discovery workshops to capture business requirements and success criteria for virtual agents. You will document these requirements and prioritize them to ensure that the development process aligns with client expectations. Your focus will be on building conversational agents that are friendly, engaging, and efficient, enhancing the overall user experience. You will also be responsible for presenting these agents to stakeholders, showcasing their capabilities and how they can meet business needs.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to create rapid wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that illustrate the conversational flows and interactions.
