What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the architectural vision for the Ion Factory OS frontend, a platform that supports cutting-edge manufacturers. You will lead the design and implementation of a scalable and maintainable frontend, ensuring that it meets the needs of users in various industries, from electric aircraft to autonomous robotics.

You will mentor a talented team of engineers, guiding them through complex technical challenges and conducting insightful code reviews. Your leadership will help elevate the quality of the user experience and establish patterns that will scale the platform for years to come.

You will drive technical decisions regarding the frontend technology stack, making choices that impact the performance and scalability of the application. Your role will involve architecting and implementing reusable React components and JavaScript libraries, optimizing them for maximum performance and real-time data updates.

You will collaborate closely with product engineering teams to ensure that the frontend aligns with the overall product strategy and meets user needs.
