You understand the importance of self-service content and how it can reduce support calls and enhance customer satisfaction. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality documentation that meets the needs of diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with engineers and product teams to gather information and insights.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of various documentation projects, ensuring that all content related to the installation, operation, and repair of Markforged's 3D printers is accurate and up-to-date. You will create a range of content types, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and multimedia resources. Your work will directly impact the customer experience by providing them with the information they need to use our products effectively. You will also perform systems maintenance for our documentation website hosted in Salesforce Knowledge, ensuring that all content is easily accessible and well-organized. Collaborating with engineers and product managers, you will gather technical information and translate it into clear documentation. You will have the opportunity to lead larger projects, allowing you to showcase your skills and take on more responsibility within the team. Your contributions will help empower customers to become self-reliant and reduce the volume of support calls.
